Twice Jussi nominated cinematographer combined with two decades at the color wheels. A Colorist with a passion to intimately understand the language of fellow cinematographers and aim to capture their original intention. For Pena it is all about exploring the possibilities of the image while respecting the vision of the filmmakers. In Finnish we call it “näkemys”, unfortunately only loosely translatable as sentiment or insight. ACES advocate and our general guardian of quality (+occasional tyrant). In his freetime Pena reconnects with analogue by snapping 8x10" around picturesque old Porvoo.
